By using Nivana, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your account secure and up to date.

3) Subscriptions

When subscriptions are available, billing is handled by our payment partner. You can cancel anytime; access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per applicable law and our payment partner’s policies.

4) Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, interfere with others, or attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our systems. You’re responsible for the content you submit.

5) AI-generated content

Content generated by or with AI is provided “as-is” for wellness and educational purposes. We don’t guarantee accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

6) No medical advice

Nivana does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, consult a qualified professional.

7) Intellectual property

Nivana, its code, branding, and original content are owned by us and are protected by applicable IP laws. You’re granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivana won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10) Changes

We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll update this page and may notify you in-app.
